Something I have been suffering from for a long time is insomnia. No matter how many times I have tried to beat it I have given up completely or quickly returned to my sleepless ways. After visiting the optician today because of my constantly bloodshot eyes, which are due to dehydration, I have decided I really need to sort out my sleeping. In comes the Uberman sleep schedule or Polyphasic sleep as it is widely known, this is method I have chosen and hopefully I will get some results. I guess it is only right I do the obligatory “ditch windows” post, lets face it every other linux user in the world who has a blog seems to. Well rather than write up a huge rant, I am going to copy some content from windows7sins.org, they sum things up rather well in my opinion.

So, I decided to set up a blog, it is something I have been thinking about for ages but never really had the motivation to do. I have been reading some quite excellent blogs recently, from some interesting people, I guess that is what inspired me to do this. Hopefully I will get everyone linked really soon so you can all check them for yourselves.
